Savoury Yeast Flakes
Savoury Yeast Flakes are rich in Vitamin B1, B2 and B6 as well as B5 and B9 (Folic Acid). Just one tablespoon of Savoury Yeast Flakes will provide the RDI of Vitamin B1.

Simply sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Savoury Yeast Flakes over dressed mixed salad. Adds a nice nutty flavour.
Hungarian Paprika Cheese
Mix 100g mild sheep or goats cheese with 150g sour cream. Chop 2 capsicums, 1 small onion, 1 bunch of chives and 1 clove of garlic very finely. Combine vegetables with cheese mixture, add 2 tablespoons yeast flakes and mix well.
Use as a spread on bread or as a topping on baked potatoes.
Mash one avocado with a fork, season lightly with salt. Chop one spanish onion finely, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with a little oil, then mix well.
To assemble your sandwich top a slice of bread with some of the avocado, sprinkle with Savoury Yeast Flakes, then finish off with a little onion. Yumm!
Tip: Try adding grated carrots (seasoned with lemon and oil) and kalamata olives on top. It is delicious! And this way the kids get a good serving of veggies, not even realizing it
