Flavour Fusion 500g
“The Savoury Allrounder”
When you need to add flavour in a hurry to a simple dish, Flavour Fusion makes a bland dish into a delicious meal.
You can add it straight to:
- Plain pasta (you don’t need to cook a sauce)
- and vegetables
Boil 500g of pasta according to packet instructions in lightly salted water. Drain. Pour the pasta into a serving bowl then sprinkle two teaspoons of Flavour Fusion and three tablespoons of olive (or sunflower) oil over it and mix well. It’s very tasty just like this, or you can stir through sour cream and sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese. Enjoy!
This is a dressing for 200g of salad or one head of lettuce. In a small bowl pour two tablespoons of oil, one tablespoon of finely chopped parsley, and half a finely chopped small red onion. Add one level teaspoon of Flavour Fusion, half a teaspoon of salt and the juice of half a lemon. Add three tablespoons of water, mix well, then toss salad to coat it in the dressing.
